Main functions:
- Partner Readiness for Microsoft products, licensing, programs, incentives, and training.

Job Description
Echez Group helps our Customer Partners to reach their sales goals generating additional demand through Digital technologies.
We are looking for a person who supports Microsoft DPS field, account teams and partners globally ensuring they have access and awareness to Microsoft tools to deploy and attach Windows Server. The person in this role needs to improve customer experience and satisfaction with solutions and services offered by Microsoft in the Windows Server line of products and help the removal of sales blockers.

Main functions:
- Provide in depth technical first level support, troubleshooting, and solutions for Microsoft Employees and/or Partners on all aspects of deployment of Windows Server solutions.
- Issue Management & Resolution: escalate and track issues or questions where needed to Microsoft experts for quick resolution.
- Be a subject matter expert to Microsoft Employees and/or Partners on Microsoft tools and processes.
- Provides technical training to internal staff for future product releases, be able to integrate and test solutions.
- Helping to have a proactive understanding of the training needs of internal PDMs and managed partners, advocating for them internally, and finding the best paths to arrange trainings on tools such as DPC/Technical where needed.
- Deliver regular 1 to many training sessions for Microsoft Employees/Partners globally covering the Windows Server playbooks and assets navigation and utilization.
- Advise business on technical issues/roadblocks/PDM/partner insight.
- Proactively contact Microsoft Employees/Partners via email, phone and Microsoft Teams for continued enablement according to roadmaps.
- Be responsible for tracking bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly results, working with the team to meet and exceed KPIs and goals defined on the program, while providing Microsoft scheduled performance reports.
- Feed supplier ticketing system to track all requests with status information. Present monthly report against requests with summary of what has been asked, what has been resolved, what is outstanding and what gaps or themes have emerged.
- Monthly internal newsletter and communication content development based on themes emerged through help desk inquiries or relevant business updates.
- Participation in business group briefing calls as needed to gather updates for communications and to develop subject matter expertise to support issue resolution.
- Management of product, pricing and packaging updates for DPS.
- Ensure relevant updates make it into playbooks (FAQ updates monthly, or otherwise).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Computers Science, or related.
- Languages: English (C1/C2) -Advanced
- Expert Zone, Device Partner Center content/assets for Partners and GTM HUB materials knowledge.
