Job Description
We help our customers in commercial ecosystem management, post-sales management, brand protection, market analytics, sales intelligence, and revenue augmentation while supporting customers with their digital business development.
We are looking for a person who contacts a pre-selected portfolio of channels/resellers, to support them in the execution and development of commercial and marketing strategies that allow them to increase revenue and execute the established account plans. This implies Resellers’ and Partners’ engagement through Digital Sales and Marketing Support.
Location: Japan or Any Country in Asia
Main functions:
- Partner Readiness for Microsoft products, licensing, programs, incentives, and training.
- Act as a “Trusted Advisor” to the Partners & Regional teams to help close deals with partners and ensure the partner has the right solution.
- Advice Partners about the trends of Microsoft Products Sales.
- Compare, contrast, and sell Microsoft’s offerings versus other companies in the industry.
- Manage Partner sales pipeline to ensure focus on top deals to drive Client, Office, and/or Server sales to plan.
- Working closely with the Microsoft Device Partner Solution Sales team, toward the goal of focusing revenue attainment with managed partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, sales, marketing, or customer service.
- At least 5 years’ experience in account management and development through partners, preferably in the technology industry.
- Languages: Japanese (C1/C2) and English (C1/C2 or Advanced)

Job Description

Your main role is to act as the analytical catalyst of the team: transform business questions into user requirements, deliver Power BI assets rich in insights, rapidly prototype AI agents and machine learning models, and continuously recommend data-driven improvements—all while ensuring governance, security, and value for stakeholders.
Requirements
To apply, you must be located anywhere in Colombia and hold a professional degree in industrial engineering, business administration, Computer Engineer, or related fields, with additional studies in strategic data analytics. You should have at least 3 years of experience in information analysis and synthesis, preferably in technology sector companies.
It is important to have:
- Power BI – star‑schema data modelling, incremental ETL concepts, DAX, Power Query, gateway/Fabric administration, performance tuning, RLS/RBAC & PII governance, and dashboard UI/UX aligned with brand guidelines.
- Advanced SQL – analytical queries, window functions, and KPI calculations on modern cloud data warehouses.
- Python for analytics – Pandas/Polars plus light scikit‑learn/AutoML for rapid prototypes and what‑if simulations.
- Applied AI & Gen‑AI literacy – prompt‑engineering, RAG concepts, LLM output evaluation.
- AI‑agent & workflow tooling – hands‑on with n8n, Make/Integromat, AnythingLLM, LangChain (or equivalents) to wire automations and conversational skills.
- Data‑governance essentials – sensitivity labels, lineage, least‑privilege enforcement, and audit readiness across the analytics stack. Anticipates privacy, bias, and security issues and embeds safeguards early.
- Intermediate Excel
- Intermediate to advanced English
- Data‑visualization craft – expert chart selection, cognitive‑load principles, and clean, functional design.
- API integration basics – REST, JSON, OAuth; useful for stitching SaaS data sources into reports or agent workflows. (Desirable)
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps/Git for version control and peer review. (Desirable)
