Job Description
We help our customers with commercial ecosystem management, post-sales management, brand protection, market analytics, sales intelligence, and revenue augmentation while supporting customers with their digital business development.
We are looking for a person who establishes partner relationships as a trusted advisor with C-level executives, creates an in-depth partner account plan, maximizes partner adoption of customer sales and marketing programs, grows partner capability and pipeline, and accelerates partner pipeline velocity and specific deal closure.
Location: Western Europe (Spain preferably).
Main functions:
- Provide sales and business development guidance and support and create strategic vision with account plans to identify areas of joint growth.
- Develop a regular cadence of engagement with partner contacts across the organization.
- Provide a consistent sales and technical support experience [outbound/inbound].
- Be a subject matter expert to the Partner on key Microsoft tools and processes.
- Understand partner aspiration and growth strategy.
- Build a deep business plan designed to achieve joint Microsoft and partner goals leveraging market and industry insights.
- Develop GTM plan and sales interlock to align execution by customer segment.
- Provide sales, product, program & tech training to increase partner capabilities.
- Conduct partner performance review.
- Guide partners through resources, incentives, and programs in alignment with business plan objectives.
- Resolve and escalate issues.
- Work closely with Field Sales to manage deal support or hand-off.
- Monitor market landscape and apply intelligence to influence partner strategy in business planning decisions.
- Develop an understanding of Partner sales blockers and address them using available tools and escalation paths.
- Assist Partners in solution readiness with Microsoft offerings (AI Solutions, Copilot, Services attach).
- Explain licensing/licensing scenarios and help partners ensure Hardware compliance and the right licensing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, sales, marketing, or customer service.
- Specialization in sales, marketing, management, or related areas.
- 10 years of experience as a minimum, with at least 5 years of experience of having worked interacting with C+ level people on projects or partners/distributors/retailers in the IT industry (Microsoft desirable).
- Deep OEM or Partner experience (Silicon, Portfolio, Hardware & Channel Knowledge).
- Deep understanding/experience in retail/consumer businesses in Europe.
- Deep knowledge of the Gaming sector in Europe (ideally having proven expertise).
- Knowledge/understanding of PC manufacturing as well as selling through online marketplaces.
- Languages: Spanish (C2) and English (C2).
- Project management: operational management, resources, control, planning, etc.
- Office Automation work tools advanced knowledge.
