Job Description
We help our customers in commercial ecosystem management, post-sales management, brand protection, market analytics, sales intelligence, and revenue augmentation while supporting customers with their digital business development.
We are looking for a person who manages all projects assigned, keeps a high level of customer satisfaction, and manages resources efficiently looking to achieve financial objectives and goals defined. Also, it needs to work closely with sales teams to ensure that the offered services can be tailored to meet customer requirements.
Location: Latin-America
Main functions:
- Tracking weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly results, working with the team to meet and exceed KPIs and goals defined on the program, while providing customer scheduled performance reports to ensure full visibility and tracking of the business.
- Calculate cost and estimate prices and resources required to execute a project.
- Manage customer expectations and maintain constant communication with all key customer stakeholders in the ROB (rhythm of the business) calls.
- Follow the campaign processes according to the defined methodology, which includes but is not limited to: Dynamics CRM usage, Quality controls, ROB (the rhythm of the business) meetings’ minutes (presenting all points discussed written after the calls)
- Execute periodical performance evaluation for team members and provide them with personal feedback.
- Execute monthly KPIs (key performance indicators) evaluation for variable fee/salary payment of team members under your responsibility. Timeline for this task: first 5 working days of the following month.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, sales, marketing, or finance.
- Specialization in management, administration, or related areas.
- Experience of at least 4 years having worked in related job positions managing people and projects or with partner channels. Preferred if that experience was in an IT company.
- Languages: English (C1/C2 or Advanced) and Spanish (C1/C2)
- Project management: operational management, resources, control, planning, etc.
- Knowledge about the Partners ecosystem
- Sales skills and account management

Job Description

We are looking for a person who provide pre-sales and post-sales support to Software Manufacturer IoT Partners. This role is responsible for selling Software Manufacturer core IOT products and solutions to local IoT Partners through a Digital Sales framework.

Main functions:
- Day-to-day contact with the Partner aligned to the agreed ROB, delivering Revenue and unit targets by month by the Partner.
- Partner Readiness for Software Manufacturer products, licensing, programs, incentives, and training.
- Ability to compare, contrast, and sell Software Manufacturer’s offerings versus other companies in the industry.
- Be the subject matter advisor and promote the business value of Software Manufacturer over its key competitors.
- Act as a “Trusted Advisor” to the Software Manufacturer IOT Partners to help close deals with partners and ensure the partner has the right solution.
- Accelerate sales through active weekly pipeline management, marketing initiatives, deal progression, and increasing deal close rates.

Education and Knowledge:

- At least 5 years’ experience in account management and development through partners, preferably in the technology industry.
